Managed Developments
This practice area involves the provision of legal advice to commercial, industrial and residential managed developments. Such can take the form of advisory services such as compliance with the Multi-Unit Developments Act, 2011 (“the MUDs Act”), general advices in relation to managed developments and advice relating to contentious matters involving the protection of the managed developments’ rights and enforcement of covenants.

- Administrative / compliance (structure of owners’ management companies (“OMCs”) / voting rights / house rules / service charge / sinking funds / compliance with the Companies Acts).
- Advising on the MUDs Act.
- Advising on the Property Services Regulation Act, 2011.

- Advising on Residential tenancy disputes, representing landlords before the RTB and enforcing determination Orders through the Court process.
