• We are a full-service Real Estate team with extensive experience on a wide range of legal issues. We act for foreign Governments, statutory bodies, developers, banks, private investors and large retail chains at all levels and in all types of real estate transactions.
• We have extensive experience of acting in all types of conveyancing transactions from developments sites to high value, individual private residences, from supermarkets and industrial estates to individual commercial units and from hotels to factories and garages.
• Our New Homes Team has worked closely with our developer clients in the sale of thousands of properties on a wide variety of residential developments. We have acted in that sale of boutique, high end schemes with fewer than 20 units and the sale of developments of over 500 units. We have advised our clients on the bulk sales of over 100 units at a time to institutional investors in the PRS Market and have also sold hundreds of units to Authorised Housing Bodies and Local Authorities. We have also bought and sold individual development sites on behalf of our clients and advised our clients in relation to various title remediation matters which arise out of site acquisition work.  ​​​​​
• Providing legal advice and preparation of legal documentation with respect to tenancy agreements of all types and act for both landlords and tenants be they financial institutions, corporate bodies, statutory authorities or private clients. 
• We also advise on issues concerning Managing Companies.
