Esther O’Donnell practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking department, advising a wide range of clients on the sale, purchase and financing of both commercial and residential properties. Those clients include corporates, companies and individuals.
She has advised and acted on behalf of receivers in the sale of property; and advises owner-management companies on the transfer of common areas and other title queries in both commercial and residential contexts. She works for private clients in Wills and Probate, as well as Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Graduating from NUI Galway with a BCL degree in 2013, Esther was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2019.
