At Kane Tuohy, we seek to challenge our trainees and encourage them to reach their full potential. We want to offer them the best opportunities to grow and develop into the best and brightest lawyers.
That is why we offer our trainees experience in a wide variety of areas of law, as well as the hands-on practical experience of serving our clients. We also help build their ability to communicate and develop relationships with clients. Our traineeship programme is partner-led so that our trainees gain the best experience. We value our trainees, their input, and the new skills that they can bring to the firm.

Kane Tuohy gives me hands-on experience working in multiple departments including litigation, banking, debt collection and conveyancing. As a trainee in Kane Tuohy, I was introduced to work which constantly challenged me. They trust you here, which makes you feel you are appreciated as a member of the team and enables you build confidence in yourself. The responsibility I was given allowed me to build my skills in drafting, communication, research and time management. While it can be a fast-paced environment I always felt supported. This continuous practical learning experience really helped me develop my potential.
